CJC Occupational Health & Wellbeing provides a confidential pre-employment health screening service. Placement Screening ensures that an individual is fit for a role and that the role fits the individual. We also recommend any reasonable adjustments that may need to be put in place.

This service  can  be either a physical base-line assessment delivered on site  or can be remote based (paper screening) using a pre-placement questionnaire. The health questionnaire is reviewed with any issues arising further explored by an Occupational Health Advisor during a telephone consultation.

Both screening approaches will result in a fit to work report.
